this book is full of poems about many things. they are very visually descriptive, which i find interesting, as the author is blind. the descriptions are vivid and colorful, and very intricate. they are poems, he states, from his past, and are certainly evocative of days when a child can spend hours watching insects and birds going about their daily business. he also writes of dragons as if he has personally encountered them, and maybe he has! i very much enjoyed these lovely descriptive poems.Product details

Mist Palace Hall One edition by Adam Boustead Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Sometimes it is nice to sit down and read an awesome volume of poetry, and this was no exception. I loved the poems contained herein, and the author has a real gift for creating interesting and provocative sentences.
I will definitely be checking out more by this author and I can't wait to see what else he has up his sleeve!
An interesting and intriguing collection of fantasy poems. The people, places and characters involved are those we recognise from folklore and legends, but this author writes as though from personal experience. The uniqueness of the re-counts of shape-shifting opens the book up to have so many wild and wonderful possibilities. I enjoyed the diversity of the pieces, the themes of colour, weather, magic and nature. My favourite poem was 'I Dream of Dragons', as I found it to be a powerful piece that really moved me.
